Managing a Global Employee Engagement Project: pharmaceutical Industry, over 5.000 employees in 60 countries, since 2016

Running a major cultural change initiative: more than 300 senior executives (5% of employees) attend a total of 10 seminar and workshop days in order to find new inspiration, different approaches to interaction with clients, stakeholders, superiors, peers and subordinates and adapt to a changing market environment; project duration 5 years.

Combined workshop and individual coaching initiative with senior management team of a national sales organization to reactivate intra-team relations and organizational performance ; project duration 7 days over 3 months.
